Returns & Exchanges
CM pieces are produced in limited runs with a focus on quality. If something isn't right, we'll work with you, within the guidelines below.
Return Window
We currently accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and limited-release reasons, certain items may be final sale (for example: undergarments or marked "Final Sale" on the product page). These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Email support@crememotion.com with your order number, item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. Our team will review and send you next steps, including return instructions.
Refunds & Store Credit
Approved returns are typically refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
