Shipping & Delivery
Every CM order is treated like a luxury delivery. Below you'll find how we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect once your order is in motion.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During new drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'd rather ship it right than ship it rushed.
Shipping Methods
We use tracked shipping services for all orders. Standard, expedited, and international options will appear at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping Zones
Crème Motion ships from the United States with worldwide delivery to most regions. If your country is not available at checkout, contact support and we'll confirm if we can arrange a custom shipment.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in CM's prices.
